1. Estimated Delivery Time Calculation
Estimated total delivery time = Warehouse processing time + transit time of your selected shipping option.
Shipping duration varies by destination country and chosen courier service.
Saturdays, Sundays and official public holidays are excluded from business-day counting.
All delivery times are estimated only; we are not liable for delays caused by customs inspection, airline suspension, natural disasters or other uncontrollable issues beyond our warehouse control.
2. Warehouse Processing & Dispatch
All in-stock items will be arranged for packaging and shipment within 24–72 business hours after your payment is fully confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Important Shipping Rules
- All orders over USD 15 will be shipped via signature-required registered mail. If no recipient is available upon delivery, local post office will leave a pickup notice.
- Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We cannot revise delivery address after parcel is dispatched and take no responsibility for lost shipments caused by wrong or incomplete addresses.
- Once the carrier marks the order status as “delivered”, the order is confirmed successfully received.
4. Holiday Delay Notice
Delivery schedule will be prolonged during major global holidays including Christmas and Chinese Lunar New Year. Related delivery reminder will be updated on our website accordingly before holiday seasons.
