1. Ordering Terms
We make every reasonable effort to guarantee accurate product descriptions, specifications and pricing on our website. Pricing or content errors may occasionally occur, and smoke-gear reserves the right to decline your confirmed order in such scenarios. We will reach out to you promptly with full explanation and updated corrected quotation once a pricing or listing mistake is identified.
All product information displayed on our online store counts as an invitation to treat rather than a legally binding sales offer. A formal sales contract between smoke-gear and the customer takes effect only after goods are dispatched.
Due to factory supply limits or high market demand for certain drip tips and replacement glass items, we reserve the right to restrict maximum purchase quantity per customer anytime, even after your order has been submitted and confirmed. We may adjust available stock volume without prior notification.
2. Shipping & Delivery Policy
All “ships in” lead times listed on product pages mean our estimated warehouse processing period before parcels leave our Shenzhen facility. Once shipments depart our premises, transit delays caused by courier congestion, customs inspection, natural disasters or other uncontrollable external factors are beyond our responsibility, so smoke-gear shall not compensate for late delivery resulting from third-party logistics issues. Our support team will coordinate with customers to track shipments actively upon request.
In rare cases where confirmed orders cannot be fulfilled on schedule due to unexpected stock shortage or production problems, we will notify buyers immediately and provide full order cancellation plus complete purchase amount refund at no extra cost.
We deliver goods to residential addresses or business work addresses as requested by customers; PO Box delivery is available via all supported shipping options.
All shipping durations are calculated based on standard business days from Monday to Friday. Global major holidays (Christmas, Chinese Lunar New Year etc.) will extend regular delivery cycles, and we will update estimated lead times on corresponding product pages ahead of holiday peaks.
For order security protection, every order exceeding USD15 will be shipped via signature-required registered mail. If no recipient is available at delivery, local postal service will leave a pickup notice for parcel collection at nearby post office.
Customers must submit full, precise shipping address details during checkout. We cannot revise delivery address after parcel dispatch and take no liability for lost shipments stemming from incomplete or wrong input addresses.
Once USPS or designated courier system marks an order status as “delivered”, the order is deemed successfully received; smoke-gear is exempt from compensation for claimed non-delivery under such circumstance.
3. Returns, Refund & Exchange Policy (30-Day Money-Back Guarantee)
Customers unsatisfied with received merchandise can apply for exchange or full refund by returning unused items within 30 calendar days after receipt of goods. Our warehouse requires roughly 5 working days to complete refund processing after returned packages arrive at our Shenzhen facility.
All returned goods must stay intact with original factory packaging, original boxes, user manuals, matching accessories and all included paperwork; products cannot be assembled, installed or used in any form to qualify for return service.
Mandatory RMA Rule: You need to email our official mailbox contact@smoke-gear.com to apply for an official RMA return authorization number before sending back any items. Packages returned without valid RMA code will be rejected and no refund issued.
Any item modified, altered or manually disassembled by buyer automatically voids original warranty and money-back guarantee eligibility.
Our 30-day return guarantee excludes bulk wholesale purchases and custom-made personalized products.
Customers bear outbound return shipping fees to our Shenzhen warehouse; original order delivery postage is non-refundable under most return scenarios. We strongly advise buyers to purchase full transit insurance for return shipments and select trackable courier with delivery proof, smoke-gear takes no responsibility for lost or damaged packages during customer-initiated return transit.
Products returned with no confirmed manufacturing defect can still follow standard 30-day refund rules; items showing artificial damage or tampering will be shipped back to buyer at the customer’s own cost with zero refund available.
Non-Returnable Items
Discounted clearance goods and end-of-line discontinued drip tips / replacement glass only qualify for factory repair service; no full refund or free replacement will be approved for these categories.
4. Wrong Item or Damaged In-Transit Goods
We conduct strict pre-shipment inspection to ensure intact parcel delivery. If you receive incorrect products or damaged items upon arrival, contact us via contact@smoke-gear.com right away. After valid case verification by our support team, smoke-gear covers all return shipping fees for wrong-shipped or factory defective goods. Supporting materials including clear defect photos, fault demonstration videos and relevant product coding information must be submitted for claim approval.
5. Product Images & Descriptions
We strive to keep product photos, parameter descriptions and specification data accurate, but smoke-gear does not warrant zero typographical error, data omission or inaccuracy on site content. Mistakes on pricing, specs or stock availability may exist occasionally.
We reserve full rights to revise incorrect information, update product details or adjust pricing anytime without prior advance notice. If core product specification is drastically changed after your order placement or within seven days after item delivery, you may cancel the order and apply for complete full refund.
6. Pricing & Customs Duty
All listed product prices are subject to sudden revision without prior notice. Product selling prices do not include destination country import tax, customs duties or clearance fees; any local customs-related expense generated during inbound delivery shall be solely covered by end customers.
7. Privacy Protection Statement
Smoke-Gear strictly safeguards all customer personal information and never sells, rents or shares your private data with any third-party individual or commercial organization.
All personal details (full name, delivery address, payment-related info) submitted during checkout are encrypted via standard secure encryption technology to prevent unauthorized data access. We record visitor IP address merely for online fraud prevention and website security monitoring purpose only.
8. Copyright & Site Usage License
All texts, product pictures, brand logos, graphic icons and downloadable content published on smoke-gear.com are protected under international copyright regulations and fully owned by smoke-gear.
We grant end users limited personal browsing permission for website access only. This limited access license forbids:
- Any commercial reproduction, duplication or resale of website content, product listings and pricing data;
- Automated data crawling, robot scraping or database extraction of our site information;
- Copying account information for third-party merchant usage.
No part of this website can be reproduced or commercially exploited without our formal written authorization.
9. Intellectual Property Infringement Notice

10. Payment & Card Data Compliance
We abide by global payment industry regulations: we will never sell, share or expose cardholder personal data, account and transaction information to irrelevant third parties except authorized payment acquirer, Visa/Mastercard official institutions or valid legal government official requirement.
